The man is back!
A North American gentleman with quite the following of his F2’s and hybrids in the past. Some very nice strains at an affordable price.

AK47 F2

Indoor / Outdoor
These were made from a pack of seeds I got from Serious Seeds in Holland a few years ago. Here are some things that were written about it:”An easy-growing good producer, this strains power earned it the name. More the idea of a “one hit wonder” than anything violent is intended by the name. “AK” has won many awards at the Cannabis Cup and other Cannabis festivals, 6 in total.” “These plants have a short flowering period, producing hard compact buds which gleam with resin crystals making any farmer proud. Quality without compromise, this is some serious flower power.” I would say that’s right, it is an excellent plant to grow. It seems to have about equal amounts of indica and sativa with maybe slightly more sativa by looking at it. The high is really super and isn’t anxiety producing at all. I’ve always gotten good harvests from this plant. Many people call it one hit weed. The last time I tested this batch of seeds I got 80% germ rate so you should get around that also.

Indoor flowering: 6-8 weeks

Blueberry F2

Indoor / Outdoor
This is the blueberry I’ve been using in my blue crosses such as Blue Apollo and others. I got it originally from DJ Short a few years back and am offering it in an F2 form. Blueberry is a high yielder with the soaring blueberry high and delicious blueberry smell. It gives large buds that are rock solid. Blueberry has been a favorite of many growers for years now and has won many awards. Your mouth will be watering every time you tend your plants. Try to wait until they finish before you sample some, I know it will be hard to wait. The blueberry moms have blue/purple stems particularly in the seedlings and the leaves or buds also tend to turn a bluish shade at the finish. Both blueberry and A11 are hardy vigorous plants with very nice buds. I expect this one to be a winner. Top them in veg so they stay short for you at the finish. I recommend a not too strong nute schedule. If you are growing in bubblers try a tds of 800 or 900 max. In soil use a little less than you use on your other plants.

Indoor flowering: 8 weeks

Blue WidowF2

Indoor / Outdoor
This is my version of a well known cross. It was made with the White widow I got from Greenhouse in Holland. The male was my own Blueberry that I’ve used for other crosses.

Flowering 8 to 9 weeks

Cinderella 99 F2

Indoor / Outdoor
These are seeds made from Brothers Grimm stock. One of the nice things about this line is it’s quite true breeding. You will get 99.9% of what you get from the original. Cindy is a very easy variety to grow. You will never get a hermy even if you mistreat her. She is cooperative and will show you the gender in the preflowers even in the veg stage. Cindy is easy to clone and will root readily. I’ve successfully cloned her even from cuttings taken after two weeks of flowering. Cloning is the way to go and after you pick out your favorite female plant use the clone from her to be the clone mother. Another great thing about this variety is it’s exceptionally low odour. It has very little smell while it’s growing and it smells kind of citrus like or a faint lemon lime scent. If you were worried about stinking up your house or apartment, this will help keep you safe. The high produced is out of this world! I would call it a super up high, the type that makes you want to do things and laugh like a loon. It’s spacey and very cerebral. If you want something that will impress your friends this is it.

Indoor flowering: 50 days

Mix

Indoor / Outdoor
A unlabelled mix of Joey strains.

Indoor flowering: varied

Northern Lights F2

Indoor / Outdoor
This is one of the true classic strains. NL has been popular for decades and for a good reason. It’s an extremely fast growing and high yielding plant. Add to that the fact its very potent with a delicious sativa-indica high and you have a perfect plant for anyone’s garden. This is a must for growers who prefer short bushy plants. The buds have an extremely frosted resinous appearance, and the yield is high. It has a high calyx to leaf ratio giving large buds. Hint: Use light soil when growing. Growth rate of up to 3″ per day. 100% Stable. For the last couple of years the Northern Lights has dominated the various Harvest Festivals. Through selective breeding success has been made in producing one of the most powerful plants in the world. compact, powerful with a good yield and exceptional resin production. It has been called the most lucrative plant for the indoor grower. This particular variety of Northern Lights is a blend of several NL’s. It has been selectively inbred to bring out the best qualities of all the sub varieties.

Indoor flowering: 8 weeks

White Widow F2

White Widow This is the F2 made from seed stock I got from Green House in Holland in the late 90’s shortly after it had won the cannabis cup. It has been a long time favorite of many growers. Some people have said that the WW sold by Green House today is not the same as what they offered years ago. Enough people demanded the original version that I decided to come out with this. Consider it WW from days gone by. White Widow is a cannabis cup winner that has won multiple times. It has incredibly frosty buds so covered with trichomes that it looks like it’s got snow on it. The trichomes themselves have long stalks making the buds look furry. It’s a good yielder and amazingly potent. I saw a report saying white widow was analyzed by a laboratory at 19.5% thc. It has been used to create Blue Widow, White Russian and other heavyweights which pays tribute to it’s phenomenal qualities. Veg for 4 to 8 weeks and then flower for 8 to 10 weeks. It can grow tall so top it or bend it in veg to keep it short indoors. It like lots of light and medium ferts, heavier in late flower.

Indoor flowering 8 to 10 weeks

Just wanted to know if hemp depot was a reliable seed company that ships to the states, seeming that attitude charges a lot more for their tga subcool beans.

What does anyone think about Joeys C99? i heard a lot of negative things about his seeds but just want verification. thanks

Indoor flowering: 50 days.

10 regular seeds – $57.00 (U.S.)

Hemp Depot is a very good seedbank. Joey does sell F2’s so you will see more phenotypes but they are still a good value for the price especially if you can keep mothers. Grow out a pack or two and pick the best mother or mothers and take clones to grow and you will be very happy with that you get considering what you paid.

Joey Weed’s C99?

My current JW F3s. Seeds were made from last grow of F2s – these 3 were from one mom (#2 which most of my pics in this thread were of) that was hit with a mix of pollen from the 6 males I had. Ignore the yellowing bottom leaves – these plants are ready to get the F out of these solo cups but out of 30 total this round only 8 have shown sex so far, so I need to squeeze out a few more days before I make the final selection for the 8 or possibly 9 slots for up-potting/flowering. Only 1 of the Cindys is showing (female), but I highly suspect that the other 2 are girls as well.

just for clarity, Gypsy was talking of Sly and Mr Soul ( Bros Grimm ) original release. . .

but I have had some fantastic results with JW’s work as well. Blue Widow, Apollo 11 F2 and more

Actually GN Was probably talking about C 99 in general as he released his own version which was equal if not better to the original in 2003 with the GN03 release (found my high c fruit punch Grail there) later the dutchgrown f1 (f2).

With the right combination of male and female donors Cinderella 99 produces a stable line. But if you don’t have experience with your original genetics you won’t know what genetic markers to look for.

The original C99 circa the year 2000 from Sly and Mr Soul of Brothers Grimm was touted as being a 47 day flowering sativa-dom plant, but most finished around the 50 day mark.

Turned out to be my most favourite ‘erb ever, and still is to this day.

*Yes redlaser I would see quite a few amber trichs after 50 days.

It is true, I can not be sure what he meant by this statement,

but it is why I posted what I did

The BB was nice, indica and sativa phenos, all interesting. Most variation of his strains I grew. I recall thinking next time I would f2 and search there. Kind of like Dj seeds, gold in the f2’s. Really good effect, good flavor with the blueberry acidity.

I gave the NL seeds to my buddy, I never saw the plants or sampled them. He said it was potent but made him useless.

The AK was straight spears of dank. Very nice example of AK and most likely the closest thing to the original available. I did not find anything cherry or fruity. Just really nice quality old school kind bud. I’m not really sure why I’m not growing this to tell you the truth.

Super helpful info!! Glad I stumbled upon this thread. I love when people in the community give solid feedback on genetics. It’s pretty crucial as a community to provide this feedback so that others can obtain and work with the best genetics available so we can keep improving and selecting the most desirable traits from the gene pool.

So you think there are some really good keepers if you F2 his stuff?

The AK47 was good. I’m looking for a good real deal AK47. The one hit wonder of the 90s. I have always heard there were some legendary cherry AK47 phenos. There’s a dispensary in town that sells a cherry pheno of AK47 and it was some serious shit. Real good feeling, strong hitting dankness.

I’ve also been looking for a legitimate source for some real Northern Lights. Still haven’t found a source that sounds like it’s worth buying.

I did not find anything cherry or fruity in Joey’s AK. It was definitely more old school AK than what I have seen in the last 15+ years.

The structure was old school AK I grew back in the 90’s, long spear buds, fairly dense but not cookies dense. Old school flavor and effect. I ordered a few packs and two of the NL.

I’m glad I found some C99 experts. I need some assistance!

My friend gave me a C99 seed a couple years ago that I held onto for a while. When I started this run I let a couple seedlings dry out 🙁 oops. So I ended up putting 4 different seeds in the same 1 Gal smart pot because I just needed one more plant to fill the footprint and they were all freebies. They died so I planted another in its place. The 4 options it could be are:
White WidowxBlue Lemon Thai
Chocolate Mint OG
707 Headband
C99

That being said, I have 2 different phenos of Blue Dream in the same room as well as a Headband and they look nothing alike. It smells tropical, very pineapple. Just a wonderful smell. She started out short and bushy in veg with pretty wide leaves and it even had a pretty smelly earth smell when rubbing the stem in veg. She doubled in size during the stretch and is just an absolute monster now.

The only problem is I’m on day 60 right now and she isn’t completely filled out yet, still lots of white hairs. Definitely not ready yet. Trichs are developing nicely, real sticky and smells amazing but no amber yet. Seems like everyone claims true Cindy goes for 50-55 days? Other than that it really looks smells and grows like Cindy.

So please, here are some pictures of my "Cindy" Day 60!

I’ve been following both this thread & the ‘ Cinderella 99 The Come Back ’ thread as well as I am in the market for come C99 seeds. Now some of you may recall I questioned the legitimacy of what people were saying here about the JW C99 due to the thread going quite at the same time as Hemp Depot stocking out of JW C99 & then the thread getting busy again when the seeds were back in stock, twice. Essentially it smelt a little fishy like a forum-based advertising campaign.

A number off members replied saying coincidence & that JW’s C99 is legit & they weren’t on the payroll etc etc. I’m pretty sure that that LostTribe referred to JW’s C99 as the closest thing to the original C99 available & sung its praise big time.

Yesterday on the ‘ Cinderella 99 The Come Back ’ thread, LostTribe said that someone’s description of their C99 did not sound like C99 & went on to state that old school C99 seeds would be hitting the market around the end of the year. That sounds like LostTribe either has something to do with that release or is at least it communication with whoever is producing it. I think most people were given the impression from this thread that from working through a pack or two of JW’s C99 that they would find old school Cindy.
That’s how its being portrayed here. Now I did post a reply on the ‘ Cinderella 99 The Come Back ’ thread questioning this but no-one has responded as yet.

I’m not trying to cause a sh*t storm here but can someone make their mind up? Can old school C99 be found in JW’s C99 or not? If not why are so many of you pushing his seeds so hard suggesting that the original can be found in them?
LostTribe being such a supporter of JW’s C99, if it is so legit why are you or someone you associated with bringing out another C99 towards the end of the year which apparently is going to be marketed as old school Cindy?

I am just a semi-well informed grower looking to buy some seeds but my choice is being made very hard by these threads!
